Welcome! The Synergy Knowledge is pleased to introduce online booking for the 1st Events Management Conference. All participants should register using the online form which is accessible from the 'Book Online' link below. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Please note VAT is not chargeable on these registration prices.

All registration tickets include access to all sessions, tea, coffee and lunches during the Conference period for which you have registered.


Supported Rate:
Students, Voluntary Organisations and sole practitioners.*

*Please send proof of status to email proof. You will not be eligible to receive the supported rate if you cannot provide valid proof of your status. This can be letterhead, a business card, copy of a student card, etc.

Reduced Rate: Local Authorities, Public Sector Bodies, Trade Unions, and professional associations.
Full Rate: All other organisations and individuals.

 

This registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement.

You will receive an invoice from Synergy Knowledge no matter which option you choose.

All invoices must be settled in full by 10th August. Any registration after this date must be paid in full immediately. If these conditions are not adhered to, your booking will not be accepted.

Bank Transfer

If you chose to pay by bank transfer you will be sent these details with your invoice. Please note delegates are responsible for any additional charges administered by your own bank and the receiving UK bank for this service. You should be informed of all charges for the receiving bank by your own bank at the time of arranging the bank transfer.

Cheque 

Please note that all cheques should be made payable to 'Not a Real Event'.

Credit card, debit, Switch, Paypal 

You may also now pay online by credit card, Debit card, Switch or Paypal.  Please note that there will be a £6 surcharge when paying by these methods.  When registering, please do not select this method of payment unless you can complete the process immediately after registering--once this option is chosen you will be redirected to the PayPal payment website. 

If you do not have the ability to pay by credit card/debit card at the time of booking, please choose an alternative payment method.  Please note that you can pay through PayPal without an account up to a limit of £500.  If you need to send more than £500 to us, you will need to open a PayPal account and follow their procedures to verify the account to allow you to send more than £500.

Cancellations
This registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Cancellations made 21 days prior to the event will be refunded minus an administration charge of £30.
We regret that no refund can be made after 17 August, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing before the event. We will propose mediation if there is any dispute about this contract which cannot be resolved by negotiation.
