With around 200 delegates expected the Conference is a great opportunity to showcase and promote your company in a relaxed, professional environment. VAT will not be charged on these costs.

WEBSITE

This website has been created especially for the conference. All conference registration will be done through this website. The site went live on 13 July 2006 and will remain in operation until December 2006. After the conference in September, the site will have post-conference information such as: speeches by Spotlight Speakers, a conference report, and follow-up to conference aims.

EXHIBITION SPACE

Exhibition stands will be located throughout the lobby area, adjacent to the registration and auditorium area, where lunch and refreshments will be served.

Exhibition Hours:
Tues. 5th September 9am to 5pm
Wed. 6th September 9am to 5pm

Stands may be set up from 8.30 am on Tuesday 5th September. All stands must be erected by 10am on Tuesday, and must be cleared by 5.30pm on Wed. 6th September.

 

Exhibition Stands

All exhibition stands comprise a space of 3m x 2 m (except for Package A sponsors who will have 6m x 2m). Sponsors should bring their own stands and display materials. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibitors must purchase a Conference Ticket if intending to participate as a delegate.

Stand includes:

  • 3m x 2m exhibition space
  • Lunch, tea and coffee for two people per stand per day.
  • Display Table and 2 chairs

Does not include:

  • Electrical Supply: If you require any lighting or electrical supply at the exhibition please inform us of this at the time of booking. Depending on the requirements a small charge may apply.
  • Any deliveries or removal of equipment, which must be made before or after exhibit hours by individuals with appropriate identification
  • Insurance for exhibitors or their equipment
